Shipping Policy

Please allow 24 hours after purchase for items to be received and processed. This does not include the shipping time period.

 

Express shipping is 1-2 business days (MONDAY-FRIDAY) & Standard shipping is 3-5 business days which could vary upon a holiday.

 

Untraceable / Lost Packages

A customer can select a signature delivery option at checkout. If the customer declines this option and tracking shows delivered we will honor the delivery confirmation. Please make certain the shipping address listed on your order is accurate. 

All tracking numbers are emailed once they are assigned please check your inbox and spam folder.

Return & Exchange policy

No exchanges or refunds on orders!

All sales are final on all items this includes but is not limited to single bundles, bundle deals, wigs, closures, frontals, and merchandise.
